Hi all!

My PC keeps restarting randomly. It has mostly been while gaming, and I've experienced it once on the desktop. I am running Windows 10 Pro 64 bit. I have the CPU at 4.2 ghz and a 0.15 voltage offset (I know that's too much voltage). The GPU is not overclocked, but I did try to overclock, and ended up deleting the overclocking program because I could not boot (OCed too much). The program that was used is Asus GPU Tweak II. I've taken the graphics card out, and it's still randomly restarting. I'm not sure what's happening. It did a new thing, where it would restart again before it finished the first restart.

Make sure nothing is overheating first and foremost. Check your temps and re-seat your cooling is necessary.

It looks like you have quite a few BIOS updates that offer system stability as well as support for the 6700k. I would try flashing to see if it helps your issue.

I don't know, I just don't want to waste the 130 dollar motherboard. I think I'll let it stay in BIOS for maybe 10 minutes or so, and see if it will restart. If it does, it should be on the login screen for Windows 10. If it doesn't, then I'll update BIOS, which should hopefully give me stability. Wish me luck!

You should try one thing beforehand, Resetting Windows 10. It's easy and you can do it through the start menu now. No need to reformat. This would rule out any software bullcrap getting in the way.

Worth a shot if you haven't done it already. Flashing BIOS last resort.

I left it for 13 minutes, and when I came back, I was on the login screen. The last thing is, will it exit BIOS on its own if it doesn't detect activity? If it does, then I'll have to redo that test and click on something every minute or so. If it doesn't, I'm truly stumped. I don't want to reset Windows, as I have lots of programs installed and don't want to have to set them all up again. If that's the last resort, then I'll do it.

I flashed the BIOS and right at the end, after I clicked OK to restarting the computer, I think it did the random restart. Now when I turn the PC on, I don't get any signal, but the fans spin and the LEDs light up.

Disconnect power and monitor cables, press the power button to discharge, take out motherboard battery for 10 minutes, replace battery, try to boot. Do you get signal?
