Question PC keeps restarting, red light on motherboard, then goes to BIOS ?

Hi, Over the last 3-4 months, my computer has been experiencing issues. It freezes and becomes unresponsive about 5 minutes after starting up. Sometimes it even wants to close programs. The computer then restarts itself with a red light on the motherboard and gets stuck in the BIOS. I touched the GPU and I felt that it was hot also. The problem has been intermittent, with some days being fine and others exhibiting these issues.

PC Specs:

Motherboard: ASUS PRIME B550 PLUS
CPU: Ryzen 5 5600X
GPU: MSI RTX 3080
PSU: Corsair RMX Series RM850x 850 Watt 80 PLUS Gold
CPU Cooler: NZXT Kraken Z63 280mm
RAM: Corsair Vengeance RGB PRO 32GB 2 x 16GB 2666MHz DDR4

I also figured out I managed to open task manager the cpu usage was at 100% somehow and the memory too but there were barely any apps open

From what I can gather the red light in the Q-leds on that motherboard is Memory

Try running memtest86 on each of your ram sticks, one stick at a time, up to 4 passes. Only error count you want is 0, any higher could be cause of the BSOD. Remove/replace ram sticks with errors. Memtest is created as a bootable USB so that you don’t need windows to run it
