Last settings i changed in the BIOS were:
  • Power on after ac power loss from on to off
  • Disabling intel rapid start technology
  • Shared memory for iGPU to 1024

I did not overclock anything , not the ram cpu or gpu.

Tried reseting the bios by removing the cmos battery, removing the psu cable and changing the jumpers to 2-3, still the same thing after i turned it back on.

Tried cleaning the rams sticks, changing them between slots and running one at a time, still the same thing.

Tried changing the gpu to my older gpu but still nothing

Cpu: i7 3770

Ram: 16gb 1600mhz (8gbx2)

Mobo: Asrock H77 Pro4/MVP

Gpu: 6600xt

Psu: evga 700br

Storage: 240gb san disk ssd

Cant seem to get it to start or to reset bios settings. What should I do?

did you set the jumper back to 1-2 ? cmos battery correctly placed back with plus sign visible?

maybe replacing the cmos battery could help

try minimum setup
video cable to motherboard
monitor
keyboard
one ram in b2
PSU (ATX12V and main connection plugged in)
CPU with cooler and fan plugged into CPU_fan
