Pc keeps restarting

My Pc keeps restarting while playing video games and alt tabbing constantly.

I tried the GpuTest Windows x64 0.7.0 and discovered that running the test FurMark (OpenGL 2.1/3.0) on:
Fullscreen at 1280x720 or 1920x1080 it reboots the PC.
Windowed 1920x1080 reboots PC
I tried all the other tests at 1280x720 and 1920x1080 and fullscreen and windowed and it didn't reboot and had good FPS about 84.

Also sometimes when it restarts I have to reset bios because it starts making a continous beep sound. So I tried the MemTest 86 and ran it for 8 hours on my RAM and It didn't find any problems.

Is there any way to check my mobo? any tests you suggest? I'm thinking the problem is my mobo.

Also in order to take my PSU for warranty, since its a seasonic it might still have warranty, but how can I be sure if it is the PSU? and what do I tell the warranty guys?

What PSU, CPU, and GPU do you have?

Ahh, sorry i was on my low-res laptop, it didn't show up. Still need the power supply though.... Unless I missed that too?

Try taking out your GPU and run the tests that it crashed on on the integrated Intel graphics.

it was a faulty PSU, replaced for a corsair CX650m
