PC keeps restarting, recently I purchased new RAM as old one became bad, now after 1week of using it, it showing same problem as old ram did i.e. PC restarting problem.
With ram removed, PC keeps in turn on state but with ram in motherboard after turning on power button , it keeps restarting.
Can new RAM be faulty too? Or is it motherboard that causing damage to RAM? or bad PSU which is causing damage to motherboard or Ram?

Intel i5-4460
Asus B85M-G
Kingston HyperX Fury 8GB DDR3
Corsair CX 500W
Seagate SSD 240GB

Does your computer freeze or does something else of notice before restarting or does your display go black and restarts instantly?
When I turn on pc, it turn on, turn off , turn on , turn off.
Sometimes it keeps turn on but no display.
Sometimes it turns on and continue working like normally.
I don't understand what is the problem whthere it is motherboard or psu.
Sometimes I also face BSOD while working on pc.

I have updated BIOS to latest just in case.

Sounds like your PSU is dying, but it could also be a dying CPU, since those symptoms can apply to both parts going bad. If you have the chance, try running CPU-Z to see your temperatures.
