pc keeps restating when playing games

so for the last month or so my pc will randomally crash when playing games my specs are has follows

MOBO rog strix x470 f gaming
memory 32gb g skrill 3200mgh
cpu ryzen 7 5700x
cooler is h115I elite capellix
gpu is gigabyte geforce 3070
psu Corsair CP-9020074-UK HX1000i 1000 W 80 Plus Platinum
ssd samsung 980evo 500gb m.2
2nd ssd samsung 980 evo 1tb m.2
i am running windows 11

can any one help or shed some light on what is going wrong???

I also have this problem so I might be able to help you figure out which part.
Do tell me if you have BSOD or screen stuck while gaming and you can only hear sound and also what kind of a CPU cooler are u using.
Now first run cinebench then haven benchmark if pc won't restart than it means the GPU and CPU are good enough.
After that use 1 stick of ram if you have 2 of them installed.
Use the process of elimination just like this.

Then just use one stick and try
If it works then the issue is with the ram
If not try the stress tests as I mentioned earlier. Though this process will take a lot of time.

done the cinebench and heavn bench mark and it didnt restart and also dropped the current version of my gpu driver down, not tried the ram has the mo
