PC keeps shutting down .

Hi , my pc keep shutting down and turn on after 2 hours . or i can turn it on through reseting CMOS Battery and Swiching jumpers , but the question is whats next ? what do i have to do to keep it up ?
Everytime i unplugg the cable from the power supply it keeps being off for 2 hours . any idea?
Also when i swich jumpers i swich them back again before it starts , or it wont . tnx

Ram; 4GB
PSU 350 W
GPU : GeForce 7600 gs PCIE

now it turns of when fullscreen mode goes off from games , like when i close down the game it takes 2 min then my pc shuts down too
