[SOLVED] PC lags (Distributed COM)

Hi my pc starts to lag and makes a noice for a couple of seconds, i checked my event viewer and it seemed like it was DistributedCOM. Ive tried disabling it but nothing has worked yet.

Its not the cause. Every PC on earth probably has DCOM errors. They are normal, not going to be reason for lag.

what are specs of PC? Have you got the latest drivers?

My specs are
Gtx 1060 3gb
i5-8400
256 gb ssd m2 (windows installed)
1 tb harddisk.

I found my PC at HP's site

It's a 350w PSU i have some doubts that it could cause the issue but i don't know. It doesn't happen certain times, it happens randomly. Actually it sometimes happens after i open steam. But either i watch a movie youtube or whatever the lag happens. And it always makes a noice inside the pc.

Thank you very much, i'll check if it works and will come back in a couple of days with response. I noticed there was some driver updates and a important bios update. It could be the issue. Thank you
