Here is a list of my parts: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/7tL82R

So, I originally built my PC a couple years ago, and have upgraded as time as gone on. Namely the GPU, and recently, the CPU and MOBO after various recent problems. Everything has been working great for a couple weeks since my last upgrade, until randomly after powering down my PC last night, lights start flashing and clicking noises begin, as demonstrated in the video below. I really don't know what is going on, but my prime suspect is the PSU, as is it over 3 years old, but I really am not sure. Anyone know what the issue could be?

I have done some Google searches, but not found anything exactly like my problem. As far as I can tell with similar problems, it is either the HDD or PSU to blame.

Solution
According to the Asus website, that board can handle 125 Watt cpus, including the one you have. And you have a decent PSU, but all electronics eventually fail. I would test with another PSU as suggested, even if you have to borrow a lower powered one, you could take out the GPU just for the test. From your video, it almost sounds like a fan hitting a wire, but that wouldn't correspond to the flashing led on the front.
