Question PC locks up when using GPU that needs additional power

When I use GT 1030, which needs no additional power, my games do not freeze during start up. However, when I use my GTX 1060 or RX 570, my games cant even run. It freezes as soon as I start. Only LoL works normally.

I've updated drivers and checked RAM. Temperatures are normal. GPU temps at 50-52C. The highest would be 60C. CPU sits at 45-48C.

Hi, are you monitoring your PSU voltages, most reliable indications would be in the bios, i had a similar issue back in the day with a 9800gt, it was a big card and wasn't all the way into the PCI slot as the front bracket was getting caught in the case grooves, after i reseated everything all was ok
