Pc makes a static noise

Hello

I was trying to get on and play
(Yesterday was fine)
Now i just hear a static noise, and when i make skin contact with any mo part(especially the back of the motherboard) it stops until i let go
Any guesses?

Maybe you have grounding problem in your house in electrical wiring. Try consulting an electrician.
