Question Pc makes buzzing sound then crash

Hey

My computer was running as normal but then out of nowhere buzzing sounds, monitors, keyboard, mouse, turned off. otherwise, on the PC the fans were running and rgb worked, this is the third time this has happened to me, I always have to restart the PC with the boot button because there is no other way to turn it off, at first I thought it would be a problem with the drivers for the graphics, but I already have all the updates on it, any way how to fix it?

maybe update the motherboard sound driver if you have not already done so.
(update it even if you do not use it for your sound source, there was a bug in a common motherboard sound driver that would corrupt other sound sources for video or headsets. driver was fixed in 2020 but some people have not applied the update.
