I have recently upgraded my GPU to GIGABYTE Windforce RTX 2060S. Today, while I was playing RDR2 for like 1 hour then quit the game. I heard a weird fan noise coming out from my PC when my fan speed was slowing down. It was like a guitar string sound then the noise stopped after like 15 seconds. Should i be concerned about this noise?

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

When posting a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to include your full system's specs. Please list the specs to your build like so:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard?

You might want to pass on a recording of the audio/video for the GPU to help us understand what you've heard. You also mentioned that you changed the GPU, what were you working with prior?

Most probably so called "Coil whine",a comon occurance at some loads. My be annoying but not dangerous.

I can't really record but it was like a rattling sound but for just a short time like seconds then it's gone and it only occurs when the GPU fans are at 100 speed. Also, I upgraded the GPU from GTX 1060 3gb to RTX 2060S. And since the upgrade, my CPU (i3 10105f) has gotten hotter, it used to be 62 degree at max and now it's 67 degree. Also my new gpu max temp when under full load 100% is 87 degree which is hella hot, i don't know if its normal for Windforce GPUs though i have seen alot of people complaining about the heat problem.
