[SOLVED] PC making odd sound when booting

Hi everyone, is this a normal sound for a PC to make when it boots up, it lasts just that few seconds and then stops. I have no HDDs, just SSD and optical drive.

thats optical drive...i liked those old ones...when they were pricey and u heard them just when spinning (on fast speed)...now its just cheap garbage which sounds like floppy drive
i still have one working...but its IDE
