My pc is making some sort of vibrating noise (relatively quiet but still hearable) . Recently i've changed all fans with some silent fans except the CPU Stock Fan (will be changed soon). It could be the CPU stock Fan, my Hard Drive or my PSU . I can certainly improvise with the Hard Drive and by changing the stock fan , but I'm worried about the PSU. I dont really know what can I do to the PSU to make it less vibrating without buying a new one.

P.S: Everything is clean inside my case. No dusty fans whatsoever. GPU is quiet (not causing vibrations) and only hearable under heavy load.

Solution
An old mechanics trick: take a long screwdriver, place the metal end against the component you want to test, and the plastic handle end against your ear. If you hear the noise you are searching for, you've nailed the suspect.

Solution
Also, make sure your cables aren't dangling around inside the case. I currently have a similar issue which I'm pretty sure is because one of my cables sometimes nudges against something that vibrates, generating an annoying low vibrating noise. One day, I will fix it. My current short term fix is simply to tilt my case a little bit and it stops. :)
