Question Pc Mobo static orange light?

Hello, I have been expirenecing issues with my pc. At first no power was going to it so I replaced the psu then I got a static orange light and not boot on my monitor, I think there may be an issue with the case or the mobo. Please if you have any advice I’d appreciate it. This is a prebuilt abs gladiator it’s mobo is a prime Z390.

Psu is a EVGA 850 watt gold supply, did paper clip test and can confirm it works, the mobo is a z490-p asus motherboard I only have 1 SSD in its 1tb and has about 200g free

Also the light is along the left side of the board it’s a bright orange
