My computer was working fine last night, after which I shut it down through Windows.

This morning I tried to power it on but my monitor wasn't registering. The monitor itself turned on and the light is on, and the power and HDMI cables are all plugged in.

Also the power switch LED is not currently working. I opened the PC to check the front panel switches and everything seems to be in place. I don't hear a beep, but I'm not sure how to turn that on with my motherboard (MSI Z170A).

I feel like it's a power supply issue but I'm not sure how to test or confirm.

I have tried to change the outlet that the computer is plugged into, removed all cables except for the HDMI and power cable, repeatedly turn on/off after waiting, but still the same issue.

Yesterday I had to remove/replace the CMOS battery as my USB keyboard wasn't registering and I had to get into BIOS.

Can anyone help? Thanks.
