Pc "No-Signal" on startup

Hello
before getting into the problems
here's my spec according to Dxdiag

Proc : i7-7700k
VGA : Gigabyte Aorus GTX 1060 6gb
RAM : 16GB
Mobo: Gigabyte z270x-UD5

My pc been having problems since i bought it
which is sometimes when i boot it up , it says no signal , and i have to restart it from the power button several times , because just once might not work
other than that , sometimes when it boots up , my keyboard and mouse doesn't get a power , since they're RGB , i can see it clearly because the lights are dead , and i tried to move the mouse , it doesn't work , well because it's not powered

i don't know if this is Mobo issues or VGA

If you have time you could try taking everything out of the case and making sure that absolutely everything is plugged in correctly. Seems like you dont have something plugged in correctly
