Hello Community,

First my PC Specs:
- 7700k @4,96 Ghz
- asus rog maximus hero IX
- asus rog gtx 1080 @1951 Mhz
- corsair h100i v2
- corsair rmx 650
- samsung m.2 ssd 960 evo
- samsung 850 evo
- 16 gb ddr4 ram 3000 mhz
- windows 10
- 6x Corsair SP120 RGB Fans

My PC is in my opinion too loud, so i wanna to know how can i get the pc quieter ? maybe with extra software like speedfan or does anyone have good settings in the bios ? its always from 31 db up too 40 db

Are you using the stock CPU cooler?

Also 6 fans! 6! why do you need so many are you trying to make your PC take of and fly? cut the amount of fans and possibly change them. I use the bequite fans and they don't make a single noise. drastic measure you can add noise dampening pads to the inside of your case. the come in big squares you can cut to size.

You have a high end sistem you dont need any extra preformance boots so overclocking the cpu and gpu is pointless, just downclock them and by that you dont need any extra cooling so power down your fans and if that dosnt work maybe concider remove some of the the fans you have water cooling what is the point, just keep 2 or 3 fans and if the noise bugs you that much concider changing the case to a bigger one with one that is bigger and has more air flow.
