Question PC not booting after pressing "Y" on FTPM

Hey all,

So I just built a BRAND NEW build all new parts except for the AIO pump and a SINGLE m.2

The problem is after building it and turning it on, I got the error message "Press Y to reset fTPM, if you have bitlocker or encryption-enabled system, the system will not boot without a recovery key." I pressed Y and after a moment it shut off. Now everytime I turn it on, it stays on for about a minute, then shuts off sometimes shutting off within seconds. The MB lights have only ONCE gone thru the whole cycle checking the CPU, DRAM, and VGA then showing a green light. But after pressing "Y" it stays stuck on "DRAM" with an orange light. I fixed the "DRAM" issue by removing half of the ram I had installed and it will now show a "Red" light on CPU then go all the way to the "Green" light for boot and then shut off.

My only idea of what is happening is that the old M.2 I installed has my OLD windows files on it, and its causing issues when booting. But I'd assume it should at least let me get into BIOs so I can use my Windows Boot USB to install a fresh windows. Haven't gotten to taking it out just yet but I really don't wanna have to disassemble the entire GPU bracket supports and all. (Spent way too long building the PC). I'm hoping someone could shed some light on if my guess could be right or if its something else entirely!

PC Specs:

Ryzen 9 7950X3D
2 sets of Trident Z5 DDR5 Ram (2x32GB)
NZXT Z73 360mm AIO pump
3 WD_Black 2TB m.2 SSDs
1 Samsung 980 1TB m.2 SSD (Old m.2)
NZXT c1200 PSU
10x Corsair QX120 Fans (Corsair Link Hub)
Gigabyte AORUS RTX 4080 16Gb

Thanks in advance for all the help!

You should reinstall the OS since you're on a new build.

You could try and take out the older M.2 and see if you can get past the BIOS splash screen+fTPM message. If you do then the issue is your boot drive.

What BIOS version are you on for your motherboard? Speaking of which you for to mention the make and model of your motherboard.

I new I was missing something lol, the Motherboard is an ASUS ProArt X670E AM5 I would update the BIOs but I can't even get the computer to display anything on the screen except the 1st time I booted and Pressed "Y". Ever since then I haven't been able to get any video.
