Question PC not booting past BIOS screen ?

I have just built a new PC for work,

Asus Rog B550-A Gaming
AMD Ryzen 7 5800X Processor (8C/16T, 36MB Cache, Up to 4.7 GHz Max Boost)
Corsair Vengeance RGB PRO SL 32GB (2x16GB) DDR4 3600MHz C18,
Cooler Master MasterLiquid Lite 240 CPU Liquid Cooler
Asus NVIDIA GeForce STRIX-GTX1050TI-O4G-GAMING 4 GB GDDR5 128 Bit Memory
EVGA 550 BP, 80+ Bronze 550W

In a Fractal Design Define R6 case

It does not want to boot past the Bios screen, when it stops here you cannot press F2 or Del to enter bios, it just hangs there. I assumed bios update was required so I have updated the bios, and asus logo changed from white to red.

Things i have tried, reseating the GFX card, reseating the ram, each stick of ram solo, no hard drives, No extra power leads, did not boot at all then. Not sure where to go / what to try next, or is there a hardware fault?

If I hard reboot at this point, i will get a screen with an error message about cpu fans, which i started off with in the R6 fan hub, and have tried in to the cpu fan connector, i get the error plugged into ether.

If i press f1, i can get in to the bios, but can not really see, what i could change?

The temp looks ok, though on boot up, it does sound very "clicky". I'm assuming that this is the water pump settling in since it's new.

There is a green light on the mother board, its does seem to go threw the other colours ok,

The back, as why not you may see something,

I noticed you have the AIO's pump hooked to the AIO_Pump header on the mid left hand corner of the board. Which header are the fans populating on the motherboard? As for you BIOS, you're on the latest version though see if clearing the CMOS helps you. Disconnect from the wall and display, remove the CMOS battery and then

How old is the PSU in your build?

The PSU Is brand new, its all new kit, thou i have questions over the gfx card, as it was not in box it was rapped in bubble rap.. The two fans from the water rad are plugged into the fan header on the back of the case, and then that is into the cpu fan on the the top edge of the board behind the rad, out of shot.

I disabled the cpu fan motoring in the bios, and that has got rid of the f1 prompt, but not the issue, of not going past the bios logo.

Tried the bat out and left it out for a min, but just the same when i plugged it in. no new error.

What is your default boot device in the BIOS?
Not sure, the hard drives show up, but the boot order is greyed out.

I left the cmos bat out over night and this morning it said,

When raid configuration was built, ensure to set SATA configuration to raid mode.

Two of the hard drives are out of my boss's old pc, but they where not in a raid.

I also tried putting a windows boot usb in but it would not boot off that.

Also made a video, of the clicking, on start up, in case that' any use as it still dont sound right to me,

Connect radiator fans to cpu_fan and cpu_opt fan headers on motherboard.

Your SSD might be faulty. It is not detected properly in BIOS - being shown as SATA SSD.
Disconnect it.

Edit. Possibly it's not your SSD, but one of HDDs.
Only one of your HDDs is being detected. The other one is probably dead and preventing boot.
Drive causing clicking sounds is likely suspect.

Yep was hard drive, i had tried it with just taking the sata cable out, and left the power in, but that stopped it, worked fine once i took even the power out, would not have thought it was the hds. ty just need to install windows now, prob what the clicking was.
