PC not booting up

Hi, I have a gigabyte ga-f2a78m-d3h motherboard and a amd 280 graphics card. My lights on my plugged in keyboard and headphones are working however when I press the button to power on my pc there isa notice but my pc doesn't turn on at all. I am stuck at what to do any advice or help is appreciated.

What CPU are you using?
What RAM are you using?
What PSU are you using?

IT appears to be working, sorry I unplugged the dvi and plugged it into motherboard then it booted I switched cable to graphics card and now it's working
