Pc Not booting up

I am having a issue with my computer which has been bugging me for a week. My pc, whenever i turn it on, only lights up the case led but doesnt boot up and show anything on the screen. I have had this issue before with another motherboard in the pc but it has come back.

PC Specs:
Intel Core i3 6100
crucial 4gb ram
Gigabyte Geforce GTX 1050ti
430 watt psu from evga
1tb hard drive
