Question PC not booting up ?

Hi Guys,

I can't boot up the PC I'm building right now.

Here is the specs :
i7-7700,
H110M-k
Gigabyte P550B
8gb ram

I have attached the 20+4 pin to the mobo. Same with the F panel. The rgb from the case is working and the power button is also working. But it just won't boot up, When I plug the 4+4 pin to the 4 pin atx on the mobo all I get is cpu heating up. No beeping sounds either.

UPDATE: I checked on asus website the bios version that support my cpu is 3016. And I checked the last four digit of the barcode in my mobo 3806(They had a guide on their site to check the last four digit of the barcode in mobo to check the bios version).

Yeah I just learned about it. will probably put this on hold for a while since I don't have another cpu to update the bios. Thank you guys regardless.

Update: manage to boot up the pc. (Checked the pins on cpu socket there was one unaligned pin. Re-aligned it with a precision tweezers).
