PC not booting

Hello,
So just 1 hour ago i heard some resonation coming from my pc case and saw that is was my cpu cooler.
I replaced my cpu cooler and is now tightly attached to the motherboard.
I try to boot my pc and i now dont have anymore screen input and the power lighting on the power switch is off. All the fans are spinning debug leds detect all the components.
Im so f****** done.
Help is appreciated.

Have you checked out all power cables? Maybe some of them got loose during cooler install?

Does the new cpu fan cooler spin? If so, is it a 4-pin PWM cooler fan? It could be that bios does not detect the pusle through sensor pin and denies the boot?
