Question PC not booting

I own HP Pavilion p6769uk. Its an i5 2nd Gen mobo with processor @ 3.1Ghz. i have been using it just fine util yesterday i purchased a GTX750TI GPU. After installing it in the PC i noticed my PC was unable to go past the HP logo to load OS. I tried the gpu on another PC(I5 7th Gen) it worked just fine, when i remove the GPU and use an onboard gpu the pc is working just ok.

Please help

I used he GTX550TI with the same PSU, its a 300W PSU

So it has nothing to do with the bios needing an update some youtuber suggested
