PC not connecting to monitor.

Hi, turned on my PC to find it would not connect to my monitor and keyboard were not working and all other USB ports except my mouse. I have tried changing them around but the keyboard still wouldn't work but my mouse would. I have also tried using HDMI instead of VGA and have tried my TV instead of my monitor but nothing has worked. Thanks for the help.

Your pc is having issuesso I moved this to Systems for you. Please let us know the systems specs.

Mouse is lighting up because its getting 5v usb power.
Keybd isnt responding because it needs a working pc to do anything.
