Question PC not detecting nvme ssd all of a sudden

Hey guys, yesterday i was using my PC no issues at all, like normal i turned off PC. Next morning i go on my PC and realize my PC isn't detecting my ssd nvme m.2, i have windows installed on my HDD and was using the SSD as storage.

i'm running windows 10 pro 64bit

any help would be appreciated thanks.

You should have it the other way around. You always want the SSD to be the OS drive. Much much faster loading/boot times. Use the HDD for storage.

Try re-seating the M.2.

Does your BIOS recognize the M.2?
Hey thanks for the reply, i had recently tried putting windows on my ssd and it got corrupted. Ever since i tried to put windows on my ssd bios does not detect it, although i did some searching and found my ssd on my PC with a message saying


Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware because a previous instance of the device driver is still in memory. (Code 38)

The driver could not be loaded because a previous version of the driver is still in memory.
