Question PC not displaying anything

My PC suddenly stopped working in the fact that whenever I turn it on the lights turn on yet my monitor doesn’t show anything being connected yet alone displayed. Whenever I try turning off my pc by simply pressing the power button it doesn’t work unless I press and hold it leading me to believe the pc is the problem.
