PC not displaying/no signal

Recently I upgraded my motherboard and processor in my pc to a msi carbon z390 and i5 9600k to pair with my 1070ti. Everything was working fine, but a couple hours ago after installing something from msi dragon center, I believe it was something to do with bios, I wasn’t getting any signal to my monitor. It said the installation would require a reset, so I restarted, and upon turning back on I got no signal on my monitor. I waited awhile, and nothing happened so I turned my pc off, then back on, and got nothing again. I tried multiple things, unplugging my monitor, trying a different monitor, reseating my gpu, reseating my ram, resetting my mobo bios, and got nothing. Everything turns on like normal, and no debug lights turn on, so I’m at a loss. Any help help is greatly appreciated.

If not, try returning the board, to be replaced.

Tried the usb flash drive and no luck, so looks like I’ll have to return it I really appreciate the help though!
