[SOLVED] PC not performing?

I built a computer a couple of weeks ago and I have noticed that it does not perform as it should.
I have noticed it most clearly when I played Assasin's creed valhalla on ultra setting and got an average of 30 fps while what I saw on the youtube and other test was about 60 fps on average.
I also noticed it when I played Apex Legends then I run at high setting and push only 100-110 fps often even though the computer should be able to send out much higher. I am running on a 1440p screen at 144hz and gsync enabled.

I also have problems running two ram sticks in my computer, right now I only have one because when I have two inserted, the computer does not send out a signal.
My computer consists of
Asus rtx 3070 dual oc (not overclocked)
Ryzen 5 3600 (not overclocked)
Msi Mag b550 tomahawk
Corsair rmx 750 gold
Samsung 970 evo 500gb ssd
Seagate barracuda 2tb hard drive
Corsair vengeance rgb pro ddr4 3600 2x8gb (right now only 1 stick so 8gb)

Appreciate all the help I can get

Solution
Are you sure you are putting the ram in the correct slots, for 2 sticks? Common mistake is to put them side by side, and that can cause system not to boot. Single channel ram kills Ryzen's performance.
If you can get the ram to work with both sticks in dual channel with XMP enabled that would be ideal and give you an FPS boost. But don't expect too much running Valhalla at that resolution with that CPU GPU combo.
