Specs:
CPU: 9800x3D
RAM: G.Skill Flare X5 32 GB (2 x 16 GB) DDR5-6000 CL30
Motherboard: ASUS TUF GAMING x670e Plus WiFi
GPU: RTX 4070 TI SUPER

I built this about ~6 months ago whenever the 9800x3D dropped. It was running perfectly fine since then but recently after I had to do a force shut down (holding down power button), it never turned back on. The orange DRAM light stays on and there is no display.
Things I have tried:
Swapping in brand new RAM (same product though)
Attempting boot with one stick of RAM in each slot
BIOS flashback with latest bios update
Replaced my entire PSU (It was by far my oldest part so I didn't mind replacing it anyways)
Clearing CMOS by shorting CMOS pins
Reseating CMOS battery.

I've seen similar issues online the only difference is that most of the issues I see online are on the first ever boot and the solution usually ends up being updating the BIOS with flashback, which didn't work for me. I wanted to ask here if there's anything else I should try before I attempt with a new motherboard. I haven't tried reseating the CPU yet but wanted to ask if that was even worth doing. Since it occurred after a force shut down, what does that typically point to the problem being?

Can you elaborate on why you needed to force shutdown the system?

What was the make, model and age of the PSU?

A corrupt BIOS would be most probable. Before you state that it would've been taken care of with a BIOS FlashBack, if you look through Asus's history a little prior to the pandemic, their BIOS FlashBack is pretty much hit or miss. Some have had to resort to using a CH341A BIOS programmer toolkit(because they had one at hand).

You might want to drop all parts onto another known working motherboard(friend/neighbor), to narrow down your motherboard being the root of the issue and hence an RMA procedure. If the PSU was something that's lackluster, then that's what knocked the motherboard out.

You forgot to mention what you're using to cool the processor.

Pretty embarrassing situation. I was playing BG3 on honour (ironman) mode and my run got wiped near the end of the game. If you alt+f4 the game still saves so in the heat of the moment I force shut down my PC in an attempt to immorally save the run. Obviously shouldn't have done that but it is what it is and now I have fix it. This was the only time that I force shut down while playing the game though

Old: EVGA 750 GQ 750 W 80+ Gold Certified from ~6 years ago
New: Corsair RM850x Shift

CPU cooler: Deepcool AK620 CPU Cooler

Yeah looks like my next step will be replacing the motherboard unless this extra information can reveal a different solution. Let me know if there's anything else I could try or anything else you need to know
