Question PC not posting CPU fan not spinning, case fans are running and my ram is lit up.

I took apart my PC to upgrade but ended up returning all the new parts I bought. So after putting the PC back together it won’t post, CPU fan isn’t spinning (Yes it’s connected in the right header and I tried all my other headers aswell) my Case fans are all functioning, GPU fans aren’t spinning either, I reseated the RAM twice and still no solution, I even tried rewiring and seeing if there was anything I missed. I took out the CMOS battery for 5 mins still no post.

SOLVED

Happened to be a faulty PSU Microcenter sold me. I swapped back to my old PSU and my PC booted up
