Question Pc not posting

I just built a pc with the ga-a320m-s2,and athlon x4 950. Ddr4 ram 2400mhz with a gt 710. Why is the pc booting but not posting?

The bios was apparently sent out with version f10

Was F10 on the paperwork? Can you see a Bios screen at all?

Nope if it got the the bios screen I would be very happy. The seller replied to someone's question on Amazon saying that the mb is shipped out with the bios update f10
