[SOLVED] PC not powering properly

Solution
Case looks like a Phantom 410.

I noticed a few things...
1)The rear case fans is oriented backwards.

2)You will need a new cpu cooler for that 9900k.

3)This one's probably the kicker: That's not a B365, nor a Z390 motherboard, is it? 9900k isn't compatible with any other motherboard model.

4)That bluish/whitish flash I saw near the beginning was a little concerning...

Either way, this looks to be a simple matter of incompatible motherboard.
have you made sure all the psu connectors are properly pushed in?

Also, what is your setup?

Yes, I have made sure everything is pushed in right, I don’t know what else to do to get this back up and working.

My setup:
CPU: Intel Core i9-9900K
Ram: Trident Royal 32gb
PowerSupply: Corsair RM850
Graphics Card: EVGA GeForce GTX 960
Fans: NZXT
2 HDD
1SSD
Case: unknown XD
