[SOLVED] Pc not responding whatsoever

So I took my pc into a new home from a geek a50 to a lian li tu 150. The pc was previously made for me but I tried to do this one myself since I heard it should not be that difficult. But I assembled it all and came up with an issue I have a orange led by the ram slots and no video signal. So I read it could be my ram slots so I re installed them plenty of times and tried it again. As of right now only thing it’s missing is the power to the rgb fan controller that I got due to the current epidemic the only hardware store I have is Best Buy and they really don’t have much. I doubt that’s the issue though. The bios shouldn’t be a issue because I had just updated it like 3 weeks before hand. The connections don’t appear to be it as well. But anyways any help would be appreciated. I will head out to find this 4 pin ASAP. But I honestly doubt that’s the issue

Asus rog strix b450-I
Corsair Vengance rgb pro 8x2 2666(I know but it was a steal what I got it for)
Noctua cpu cooler don’t know the model of that one
Some Asian named m.2 ssd (honestly this one might be the problem)
Corsair sf450w psu
Hp 1tb ssd
Pny gtx1080
Thermaltake pure plus 12 rgb(not running need the 4pin)

The Corsair SF450Watts is a good PSU but 450Watts for a system with a GTX 1080 and a 2700x is not enough.
