PC wont accept key for safe mode
Starts after the password login, which is slow, black screen with mouse pointer only. Rest slow, 15-20 minute slow to load properly anything. After showing up they are unreaponsive and clicking anything brings up the Windows not responding, want to close program or wait?
Also shows an AMD\cnext\amddvr.exe error
Cant do anything with pc.
Ctrl alt del wont do crap either.
Restarting PC with button from tower and trying to open aafe mode doesnt work.
I can open cmos options, boot menu, other motherboard options but no damn safe mode.
Would really appreciate some help on what the hell is going on.

The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion.
Buttons or shortcuts dont work.
