PC not starting.

I had put together a decent rig in November ( 1070, 8gb fury, i5 6500, Gigabyte B150 and a VS450). It had worked perfectly until today. When i turn on the PC it turns all the lights on and it looks like something is about to happen for 20 second, when there is a clicking sound and the PC turn off and after yet another 20 seconds before all the lights turn on again and the cycle repeats. The display works but is black throughout this process. Help me guys?

I had this happen before. Try unplugging everything except monitor and power, see if it posts. Try taking out RAM 1 stick at a time, followed by unplugging any ssd/hdd you have. If still nothing you might want to test your PSU.

I have only one Ram stick. Every component works fine. tested. I always knew my PSU was dodgy though

The clicking noise is typically from the power supply. Can you get your hands on a second power supply to test with?
