PC not turning on! Please Help!

I turned on my computer and it started retrieving files from c drive and once it hit 51% it just shutdown. This had never happened before. I tried turning it on but nothing happens. now it does not respond to anything even if I take it out of the plug and back in. Please Help!

P.S I tried resetting the CMOS but did not do anything.

My Setup:
CPU: I3 4160
Mobo: Gigabyte B85M
GPU: R9 270x Gigabyte
8Gb Ram
128 Gb SSD
1Tb HDD
Thermaltake PSU 550 Watts
NZXT H440 Case

None will help without additional info. As i can understand your computer worked fine, then one day you turned it on and your pc itself started to retrieve some random files from C drive to somewhere. Describe what did u do step by step right before it happened.

Make sure all the plugs in your PSU are completely plugged in! Ran into a problem like this recently and worked on it for almost 2 hours before I actually checked all the plugs. Don't do what I did!

I just turned on my computer and it then went to a red windows 10 loading screen. I tried moving my mouse, but it was extremely laggy. Then all of a sudden I had this great idea of force restarting my pc with the button on the case.It restarted and when it booted back up it went to retrieve my c drive files. Then it did not respond to anything after that.
