Question Pc not turning on with gpu

After putting a msi ventus 3x 3070 I tried benchmark & pc shut down in the middle of benchmark. After which it Doesn't turn on. Motherboard light shows vga light on & colour as white. & produces 1 long beep 2 short beep or 3 beeps. I'm not sure can't understand the sequence properly. Gpu fans spin. My motherboard is msi mag b560 tomahawk wifi.

sounds like hardware failure... stress test succeeded - hardware failed :-|

Corsair vengeance lpx 4* 8GB, psu coolermaster mwe 750w gold, processor i5 11400.

I recently exchanged the psu & gpu from my friend & when stress tested it turned out like this. As far as I can tell both worked fine.

I would try switching to CPU video (removing the card, hooking up the monitor to the motherboard, and adjusting bios settings for onboard to be primary, then plug it back in), and see if it boots and if the card is being detected in shuttered windows...
