Pc not turning on

When I push my pc power button the fans and everything turn on for 0.1 seconds then off instantly why ?

Make sure all the systems have power, like the cpu and motherboard. Also make sure the power pins are plugged in correctly.

More info needed? Is this a new build or has it worked before? What are the full list of components including make and model of PSU? Do you hear any beeps or are there any flashing lights on the motherboard?

Just run through all your cables again, look at the system panel you probably messed up there,
