Hi, I am in the process of building a new computer. I have:
NZXT H440
Intel Core i5-6600k
Corsair H100i v2
HyperX Kingston 16gb (2x8gb) ddr4-2133 RAM
Asus Z170-E Motherboard
Corsair CX750M PSU
Zotac GeForce GTX 670 4gb (Will update later)
No HDD/SSD (yet)

I have two problems. My first problem is that when I turn on the computer, the fans spin, it lights up, etc., etc., but after 15-20 seconds it turns off for 1-3 sec, and back on, and just repeats that process. My other problem is that while it is on, it does not display anything. I first tried plugging in the HDMI cable into the GPU, but when that didn't work, I plugged it into the motherboard I/O HDMI out. Both times, nothing was displayed on the TV I was connecting the computer to.

Also, two other things:
-The GPU I have has 2 6-pin connectors, but the cable provided with the PSU only has 6+2 connectors. I just plugged in the 6 pin part, and let the 2 pin part dangle. Is this OK?

-I have not once heard a single beep from my motherboard. I notice there is a System Warning Alarm connector on the motherboard, but I don't know what to connect it to.

I would really appreciate any help. Right now I am not touching it, as I am afraid I will do something wrong.

Hey isaiahtx7. I have a few quick suggestions. Try removing your GPU, plugging the HDMI into your motherboard output, and then starting the PC. The Intel 6600k has integrated graphics, meaning it can produce a display regardless if whether or not a discrete GPU is installed. It's unlikely that the GPU is causing a problem, however removing an extra factor could help to diagnose your problem.

Additionally, ensure that your Corsair H100i V2 is functioning. If the cooler isn't operating, your CPU could be reaching it's maximum safe operating temperature before shutting off as a protective measure. Listen for the slight hum of the pump, or gently hold one of the tubes and feel for the flow of water.

Also, check out internal speaters for your motherboard if your don't already have one; that way you can hear a beep if the motherboard recognizes a problem. I hope I helped. Good luck!

Unplugging the GPU and switching the HDMI out from the GPU to the motherboard was the first thing I tried. It did nothing. The Corsair H100i v2 is lighting up, the fans are spinning, and I can feel the water going through the tubes. Also, I have no way of knowing what the internal speaker is. How would I know if my motherboard has them or not?

It's likely that you would see a small black component loosely connected to the motherboard by a wire. Most motherboards don't come with one. Your case may have been shipped with one. If not they are very cheap to purchase at your local computer store. Other then that, I'm not too sure what would be causing your issue. I hope you get it working!

I figured it out, my RAM is not supported by my motherboard
