PC Not Turning on

I tried reseating my CPU and ever since it will not turn on. There's a red light on my case that has been on constantly since this incident. I have an i5-4690K and a Z97 PC Mate motherboard. My case is a Thermal take Versa H22. The power button won't light up either, but all the fans run very high. Any ideas? The light is next to the reset button.

Sure you didn't damaged any of the cpu pins? Also sure you have mounted the cpu cooler correctly and with new thermal paste?

Yes everything is good. It just won't fully turn on. All the cords are plugged in as well.
