[SOLVED] PC not turning on.

Today i woke up to see that my pc wont turn on at all, there are no lights on inside it either, also for some reason my monitor wont power on either. So i assumed its something wrong with the power outlets and tried charging my phone using it and it seemed fine. I also tried plugging my monitor and pc into another working outlet and it still wont turn on. I was using it the other day so im not sure whats going on.

If both don't turn on maybe there might have been a short on that outlet where the computer and screen connected to the same outlet with a split outlet?

I connected both of them to 2 other outlets in my room and it still didn’t work

I mean the moment of breaking were they in a split outlet ? Could be power got shot through it and broke some components

Well i have no idea in knowing when it broke, but yeah they were in a split outlet.

I think a short send a power burst through that outlet that killed the screen and computer no way of knowing for sure if its the psu or the mobo that died on the pc

So what do you recommend i do at this point, hopefully this didnt lead to all my parts being fried.. :/
