[SOLVED] Pc not working after installing old hdd with windows on it

i have a Linux os installed on nvme m.2
i removed it and bring my old HDD with Windows 10 on it
after that I got some errors but i manged to get into the windows 10 and it worked just fine i turned off the pc
and the next day i tried to start the pc it won't start nothing happend no spining fans and lights are turned off
but when I plug an USB charger to the pc it charges and the Wi-Fi USB has a light


PC Specs:
CPU: Intel Core i5 4430
GPU: GeForce GTX 750 2GB
MotherBoard gigabyte h97-d3h-cf
Ram: 16GB

no it doesn't start
it was the CMOS battery i removed it and the pc start working
