PC not working after Motherboard, CPU and RAM replacement.

So when I press the power button, everything inside of the computer seems to be working, fans is spinning, front LED is working etc. However, screen is black, keyboard and mouse LED is not working, as well as computer is rebooting again and again within a proximity of about 15 seconds. The components I swapped:
asus m5a97 r2.0 -> ms 7826 ver 2.0 from HP
fx-6300 -> i7-4790
hyperx 2x4gb 1600mhz -> samsung 4gb+8gb 1600mhz

The thing is that the ''new'' components that I installed was from a second desktop that i've had for a while and theres been no problem before. Any help is appreciated.

Have you tried with only one stick of memory installed on the PC Also the PC probably won't be able to boot into Windows and you will have to re-install (assuming your using windows).

Thanks for the reply, after a bit of troubleshooting, everything seemed to be working fine when I took out the GPU and used the integrated graphics. How can I install the GPU without it causing the same things to happen again?

What GPU are you using and what PSU do you have ?

it may be a bios issue make sure the mb your using now has updated bios on it.

Updated the bios, still no signal when GPU is installed.
