Question Pc not working with 2 rams?

Hello guys,
So i just bought asgard kit ram, 2*8
And my pc is not booting with both of them, sometimes the screen and keyboard dont work, and other times the pc keep turning on and shutdown right away and it keeps doing that for 3 or 4 times....

I've tried with 1 ram only and pc boots and works perfectly, but when i use the 2nd slot the ram RGB works but the screen and the keyboard dont work.
I'm really confused, I've tried many main solutions and non of them worked.


Motherboard: asus prime a320k-m
Cpu: Ryzen 5 3400g
Psu: 230V

exact model of the ram?
try 1 stick on both slot? or just using 1 slot?

When trying 1 stick it works on A1 only, and B1 slot doesn't work
I think the slot is somehow broken maybe?

either the slot or cpu issue. might be the cpu cooler is on too tight and warp the motherboard
