PC occasionally doesn't recognize Ethernet

I just built my PC and connected ethernet cable. I have windows 10.

For some reason, whenever I turn my PC on system doesn't recognize ethernet connection. It acts as if nothing is plugged. It always fixes upon reboot.

I have no idea what causes it. It happens let's say 4 out of 10 times. Always fixes once I reboot. What could possibly be wrong?

I also want to say sometimes it disconnects itself and reconnects within 3 seconds. I seriously have no idea.

Windows might have installed an incorrect driver, or update to that latest driver
