pc on monitor and keyboard off

first this happened
i turned me pc on but at the monitor appered no signal
i took and cleaned the ram card and placed in another slot
i turned pc on and monitor is black (off) and the keybord is off (num lock doesnt light and it was lighting before )
i changed the slot again still the same problem
what is the problem what can i do ?

Dead motherboard possibly, or video card if you have an add-on one, or power supply. Did you try another stick of RAM? Try resetting BIOS to defaults? Maybe test with another power supply. Does the system sound like it's turning on, fans spinning, drive is spinning?
