Question Pc only boots to BIOS

I just installed a new motherboard as well as a cpu and upon turning my pc on it booted to the bios, every time I reboot it, it goes straight to bios. I have tried changing from UEFI to CSM, the boot option is set to UEFI hard disk. Bios shows both my ram and cpu. Trying to boot from my SSD, I have no m.2 installed or any other drives in.

Specs are :
MSI Z490-A Pro
RTX 3070
I7 10700K
Thermaltake 700w PSU

What did you change from?

You are aware that a new motherboard usually requires a fresh OS install. Right?

So I have a flash with windows ISO on it, and my #1 boot option is set to the USB, I restarted and am still going to bios. I tried boot override with the flash drive and it just blinks and refreshes bios

So I've gotten past that hump, I am on the windows setup. After hitting install, it says no device drivers were found. Make sure that the installation media contains the correct drivers and then click OK
